The Million Dollar Fishing Lure
Just when I think I have seen everything possible that can have the words "million dollar" slapped on them something new comes along. The spangly, dangly deadly thing shown here is the million dollar fishing lure. Mac Daddy's Lures uses gold and diamonds to attract the fish. The Million Dollar Lure is just over 3 pounds of glimmering gold and platinum with 100 carats of diamonds and rubies and is over 12 inches in length. They also have less expensive lures that cost from $150 to $1,200. [via The Beaumont Enterprise]

You never know what will be that next "hot" lure. The swimbait craze was truly in full effect, and many manufacturers offered their own take on the "perfect" swimbait. This year as we prepared to soak in all that the lure manufacturers had to offer we asked ourselves who would be the "MacDaddy" of all fishing lures this time around? That answer became pretty obvious once we had a chance to check out all the lure offerings.

Would still prefer the floating bed over this, this is just silly.
